Travel/Parking Expenses
Travel Fees are not included in rates. Travel fee begins at $50 for all locations with in 25 miles of Fairfax, VA and increases with distances over 25 miles. All tolls, parking or valet costs must also be covered.
For larger parties (10+ total services) an assistant will be required for a hiring fee of $150.
Hotel accommodations are needed for the night prior to the wedding where start time is 7 AM and the wedding is 25 miles or further.
A non refundable deposit of 50% and a signed contract are required to book a date. The deposit will be applied to the total balance.
